In order to build the luggage and leather goods industry chain into a provincial-level characteristic industrial cluster and develop Huaihua into an "international luggage and bag capital", providing sufficient skilled workers and helping workers achieve high-quality employment with skills, under the leadership of Huaihua Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, following the training concept of "ordering" for trainees, "dispatching" for human resources and social security departments, "accepting orders" for training institutions, and "placing orders" for high-quality positions in enterprises, Huaihua Employment Service Center, together with Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone Luggage Office, Huaihua Vocational and Technical College and other departments, has conducted multiple research on the demand for skilled workers in the park and formulated targeted training programs for frontline skills in luggage and leather goods production.

On site opening ceremony

After sufficient preparation and extensive promotion in the early stage, on July 9th, the sewing worker employment skills training of Huaihua International Land Port Luggage Industry Park was successfully held at Huaihua Vocational and Technical College. The heads of the Employment Skills Service Department of Huaihua Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Employment Service Center, Huaihua International Land Port Economic Development Zone Luggage Office, Hunan Huaihua International Land Port Human Resources Market, Huaipin.com and other departments attended the opening ceremony.

Student learning and training reality

It is reported that there are a total of 33 trainees in this training course, mainly composed of rural migrant workers and urban registered unemployed persons. The training course is completed by the teaching team of the Fashion Design major at Huaihua Vocational and Technical College. This training lasts for 10 days and is divided into three stages: centralized theoretical teaching, practical training, and on-the-job training for enterprises in the park at Huaihua Vocational and Technical College. To achieve seamless integration between training and employment, employers will be invited to the training course site on the day of completion to select and hire talents.
